These delightful recipes are from your kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. Your feet will feel refreshed and good to look at!
¼ cup of oatmeal
¼ cup cornmeal
2 tablespoons of sea salts
3 tablespoons of grape seed oil
Add enough water to make a spreadable foot scrub out of the above.
You may add a dash more or less of anything. A shot of your favorite essential oil is also a nice idea! I like to add a dash of mint peppermint oil!
Spread this concoction on your tired soles and leave on approx.
10-15 mins. Sloughs off dead skin, refreshens and moisturizes.

Ah, actually I did the opposite of pamper my feet. I sprained my foot the other day when I mis-stepped while wearing my 4″ platform/wedges and ended up alternating between ice & compression! It wasn’t too bad, it’s almost back to normal, so maybe tomorrow!
