Today on River City Live TV I am sharing some of my favorite ideas to give as a Valentine’s Day gift. The show airs in Florida on WJXT4 .
Here’s one idea that does NOT cost much except your words, time, paper and seasonal embellishments. It is a beautiful way to tell anyone in your life you love or care for them. To your sweetie,your daughter, your son, your mom or even yourself!
What better way to say “I love you” than writing a love ❤️ letter!
A sImple way to say “I LOVE You”
It doesn’t have to be long. It can be short and sweet. You can mail it, leave it on a mirror in the house or under or on a pillow for your lover to discover when it’s time to go to bed.
Embellish with your “ sealed with kiss created with your actual lip print, a kiss 💋 rubber stamp, home-made label you make on your computer or decorative ribbons with lips or LOVE on it.
Whatever you want to do! Surely they will love the gesture too. Better than a greeting card or along with a card.
Add a Hershey’s Kiss chocolate or a flower 🌺 they will love even better!
So I hope you’ll consider this old school but beautiful gift. Handwritten and homemade and straight from your heart!

Before a party I always eat some fruit and drink lots of water. Don’t go hungry or thirsty. Before I put on makeup I like to use a hydrating illuminating mask like ESW Plant based sheet masks. It’s cruelty-free, vegan and clean ingredients. Like Matcha Almond Milk.
It gives my skin a radiant glow!
There are a few must-haves I think you need:
Hair spray like Chi’s Hair care Helmet Head is a lifesaver for your or HIS hair.
A lip balm,bold lipstick or sexy shimmer lip gloss are good choices. I also pack a conditioning lip balm for my husbands lips too. I like A Method’s Vitamin C Kissed Lip Balm.Baby its cold outside!
Find a petite Eyeshadow and highlighter set like the one I discovered by Guide Beauty so many pretty colors perfect for the holidays. Shine On and apply over eyelids, cheekbones,decolette or over a lipstick to shimmer on!
IF your face tends to shine or look oily try Powder Papers I discovered on one of my trips to Asia. My clients and I are addicted to them! They are travel friendly, powder and blot oil in one blot. Love how fresh they make me feel. Selfies and other family photos call for this beauty find!
A dash of fragrancegoes a long way. Carry a perfume or cologne sample and or a mini hand lotion I like Spongelle’s new lotion packets for a quick fragrance and skin softening touch-up.my favorite is the “Sugar Dahlia” and the “French Lavender”.
Holiday 🎄Clutch Bag Must Haves!

Stranded at the airport, waiting in the car 🚘 pool line or even at home. Use your time wisely and give your lipsticks some LOVE.
Grab those lipsticks & quickly disinfect them!
If you happen to get a Purell wipes, towelettes from a restaurant after your meal or have some rubbing alcohol disinfectant pads. get out your lipstick tubes and lipgloss wands and disinfect those tubes!
It’s kind of satisfying and fun to do!
1. Take the top off.
2. Roll up those tubes. Be gentle not all the way. Only up to where you’ve used the tube.
3. Swipe and wipe the lipstick itself all around.
4. Next wipe the tube packaging itself. You know lots of germs 🦠 are waiting for you there too.
5. Allow them to evaporate and dry and close the lids.
You’re all set, a quick disinfect and good to go! Safely! Protect those pretty lips!
* A great idea after you have a cold or a fever blister too!

But the question is can I even WALK in them? That is the question!!!
I tried but it was tough. Last month my husband and I went to a place that had the most amazing vibe. It is located in sunny Florida 🌴 but they asked me to not say a word on the address. They want YOU to find it if you want to go.
You need to make a reservation online. Your reservation will only be for an hour and a half. It’s a popular coveted place! And by the way, reservations are really hard to get! So be flexible.
You’ll be given a secret password just for you that day.
They suggest you dress with an island 🏝 vibe. flowered shirt or dress, Hawaiian vibe and maybe wear a lei flower necklace. 🌺 You know … get into the mood. So I did. My husband did not play. But at least he wore a peach Tommy Bahama top.
When we arrived a beautiful girl greeted us. She told us the story of this magical place. She gave off great energy.
The lighting is dark and mysterious. Unique decor intimate settings are all over. Some of the tables have old school paintings of Asian and Hawaiian women back in the day. Really pretty!
A large TV screen is at the bar that plays non-stop old time movies with an Island twist.
This bar and the staff …so awesome. Old school Hawaiian drinks 🍹 with mini umbrellas of course!
Everywhere you turn there is more exotic decor and a mix of lighting, flowers, Tiki, skulls, cool red lighting and novelty lamp lighting illuminated and filled the room.
Mysterious Lighting! I never tasted Spam before I ate this! So delicious! White Rice 🍚 is so yesterday. Secret Tiki Happy Hour drinks 🥤 & dumplings 🥟 and more!
Worth exploring and stepping into their 🚪 doors! A 😎 place indeed. Perhaps I’ll see you there sometime by chance if you go. Explore beyond your door.
