As you cozy up for bed tonight I know you take your pillow and smoosh it on all around your face and bed during the night. We’re all tossing and turning and living in our bed more. Right?
But did you know your pillow case can make your skin look bad?
Is your skin is acting up?
It may not just be your “maskne” from wearing a face mask. It may not be a flair up of acne and dehydrated flaky skin. It probably is your dirty or not so fresh pillowcase. Smell your pillowcase. Check out the sheets as well. If it smells funky and looks dirty. Time to throw it in the wash and start fresh!

It is important to change your pillow cases. And often! I change my pillow case two times a week. And in the summer I might change it three times a week. Doing this will make a difference in your complexion.
Get into the habit and enjoy having healthier looking prettier skin.
