What a delicious combination.
Just enjoyed a delightful meal that I am so grateful for. My sister-in-law made some awesome Southern food sides that my husband is so thrilled she made for us to enjoy at home.
I am thinking about a relaxing way to end the day besides being oh so thankful for all that I have in my life. Too blessed to be stressed.
You know I am ALWAYS thinking of all things health and beauty so I am going to do a recipe I have enjoyed before. THIS ones for the bath. I love baths! I love showers too! But I love detoxifying beautiful baths of all kinds!
It’s 70’s one day and 54 the next in Florida. Kinda crazy… but true. I see my skin is on a little dry skin roller coaster too. So, what’s a girl to do this Thanksgiving … treat myself and nourish my body with hydrating goodness.
Going to soak in a seasonal scent aromatic elixir and calm my mind of all the chatter and tomorrows To Do list. I know what you’re thinking you usually cook with these. But they actually are great in a bath. I am obsessed with all the food and spices and herbs in our kitchen. Not just for cooking.
All you need is:
1 can of organic coconut milk
1-2 Teaspoons of Pumpkin Spice (Just because it is Thanksgiving)
Swirl your body in to a warm bath and soak at least 10 minutes.
Rinse well with a quick shower and get out very carefully.
Dry yourself off patting gently.
Next apply your fave hand and body lotion.
Or simply use a scoop of organic coconut oil.
I can’t begin to tell you how lush and softening this bath is. The way it smells is also amazzzing.
Life’s short! We’re in the middle of a pandemic. Be grateful and enjoy all the yummy little things life has to offer! There are so many beautiful benefits in taking a nice bath!
