Warm and oh so cozy …Spiced Wine

I love to entertain, kiss and cook! This week and or weekend why not whip up this recipe for a warm wine brew?

1 Liter of red wine

A little bit under a  1/2 cup of sugar

4 cloves

2 cinnamon sticks

1 teaspoon of organic honey

Warm all of the above on the stove top. Bring to a bit of a boil, strain  and pour in mugs.

I first tasted this in my travels to Italy…in cool or cold weather or when I entertain this is one of my warm and cozy recipes. Another version can be to add a dash of nutmeg and some lemon or orange peel. Either recipe it is delicious.

It’s a wonderful life! SIP!

Sweet Potato Love

Me too!

As we approach the beauty of Thanksgiving day as a business owner I am more focused on the retail season ahead of me than slaving over a hot stove for my husband.

If you don’t know wanna cook much, planning a meal for many, not going over someone else’s house for dinner or know how to really cook…I’ve got a recipe for you!

AN Asian Sweet potato …YUMMY~

What you will need is:

2 Sweet potato fresh of course

1 can of coconut milk

As much butter as you want! LOL…

Bake the sweet potato in the oven or microwave. Mash them in a large bowl peeled or unpeeled, you decide. Mash or mix the coconut milk and butter to the potato.

*Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to taste! (Optional)

Warm your soul, mouth and tummy and enjoy this creamy and dreamy delight.

Enjoy, the sweet potato love! Have a recipe you’d like to share with me, my fellow Foodie?

(Yesterday I posted potato with an e at the end and I waited to see if any one would reply to me and catch my error. I guess you are all as busy as me.)
