His name is BEN…

Ben Gay that is.

I recently moved the wrong way simply moving my husband’s and my car in and out of the driveway.That’s all.

I wish I could say I was exercising,but my favorite form of exercise is applying lipstick  I had no idea what this amazing product does. But now I do!!!

I LOVE this pain relieving cream. No, I don’t smell sexy but I feel so much better when I use it.

You know they say soft tissue injuries take some time to go away. I hope this side of my knee pain is not here to stay. Don’t worry I saw my doctor and I will live BUT it is going to take some time.

Exercise of any kind also will help with boosting your metabolism,lower your blood pressure,reduce risk of stroke,helps lower bad cholesterol,helps you get a good nights sleep and boosts creativity.The list goes on!

So, I guess if I want to look good and FEEL good for a longer period of time I am going to have take these words to HEART and exercise more than applying a lipstick tube daily and diligently to my lips. You gotta have your heart in it.
The E word is tough! But somebody’s gotta keep my heart healthy and me FEELING great.I guess its gotta be me! Best of all it is FREE!
