Dirty !

They had me at “dirty” (naughty me!) but it all fit when I saw this eye lash cleaner on my recent trip ✈️ to guest speak at the International Esthetics Cosmetics and Spa Conference.

I never really thought about or heard of a lash cleaner for strip lashes or lash extensions before. I thought you just rinsed them with a dash of soap and water. But then I walked the trade show floor after my class at the Spa show…. And discovered something.

Everyone seems to be batting their eyes with lashes especially now that we’re wearing face masks 😷 or covers and no other makeup. The emphasis for some are just on the eyes. Not me I must add a dash of it all and can’t forget a luscious lipstick.

So with that comes the need for a little TLC whether the lashes are real, faux strip lashes or lash extensions.

My Imperfections Are A Gift!

Your imperfections are too!

Anetta's Photography and shared Polish yummy dish

You may not like your freckles

You may not like your lips

You may not like the way your skin looks

You may not like your short eyelashes

You may not like your toes

You may not like the size of your jeans

I wish I wasn’t so short,I wish my hair texture was thicker… but this is the way I was born.

I LOVE what God and my parents gave me.These features are me! I don’t plan on having cosmetic plastic surgery to change me,nor tattooing myself and covering my beauty.

This new year let’s make ourselves look and FEEL good by eating better, walking or bike riding more with a dash of a gorgeous lipstick, a kiss from the sun from a walk on the beach or from a bronzer compact and a pretty nail polish.

Love the way you look and if you don’t there are so many wonderful beauty products and tools that can help you along the way. So relax (or start) today and start fresh in the new year starting tomorrow.

You have the power in you.Take better care of your body, mind and spirit too.

Who runs your world? You do!

No matter who you are you are beautiful in your own way too.

Be YOU-tiful! You are a beautiful miracle from God.

Lash love~

I know you want to look good for New Years eve…and here’s a little beauty secret for lush lashes.

It’s not just about the eye makeup and mascara it’s about what you feed your lashes too. As we age our lashes like hair tends to thin and fall out too.Use this before you go to sleep at night. Make sure you take all your makeup off first and use it sparingly.A little goes a long way.Just like you condition your hair the lashes need some love too!

Try my recipe for stronger longer lashes:

1/4 castor oil in a mini cup
1/4 cup of aloe vera gel
1/2 vitamin E oil

This mix will last you several weeks. As with any home-made recipe if it starts to smell funky throw it out.

Apply to your lashes nightly with a soft coat of the above mix on a disposable mascara brush. Next time you are at a major department store take the brush that they let you try mascara on with home with you.Rinse it and use it for this lash recipe. In a month or more you should notice longer, stronger lashes.

Lash on, Gorgeous!
