Creamy Mashed Avocado

DRY hair ends got you down?

I created and discovered this recipe when I had a beyond ripe avocado in my kitchen. I didn’t want to eat it but my HAIR loved it.

Take a ripe or very ripe avocado and mash it. Place it on your hair ends and on the crown. Leave on 15 minutes. The avocado will smooth and hydrate your sun bleached and salt water hair.

My husband loves this DIY hair mask too. YOU will too!

I am getting ready for work in Las Vegas…got a mani & pedi, fresh haircut,self tanned and now last minute packing our boxes of beauty for the beauty show are packed but my wardrobe and beauty necessities are not. Ugh! I hate this part and now packing. I travel so much you’d think I’d be used to it.But I am not.

Later tonight I am doing this mask. Las Vegas is steamy hot and your skin dries like a prune quickly and your hair gets dry looking fast.
This mask will be my moisturized and shiny hair delight.

Some days you just need a little Whoopie~

Don’t you love to be in love and to be LOVED? I do!

Well if you’re in the mood for a pampering SPA weekend with yourself or a BFF,wrap yourself in this!
This shea butter whip is what the company calls a jar full of joy! I call it a cross between heaven and your kitchen. Lightly scented white velvet cream and moist layer cake wraps you in moisturizing love!
Inspired by famous comfort desserts like Whoopie pies it gives my skin and spirit a high!

The supple butters,Vitamin E and jojoba and soybean oils calm even the driest of skins. A giftably gorgeous jar or tube of YUM.
You gotta try some!!!

Honeylicious face scrub

Here’s another delight my skin loves and another personal recipe from my beauty recipe box.

1/4 of honey fresh clover is my fav’

1/4 cup of brown sugar

Stir the two together in a bowl. After this gooey, sweet-smelling potions ingredients mesh together place in a small  jam jar or  other unique jar you may find or own.

This is your face scrub. Put a bow on it with recipe instructions and your gift is ready to go. Or enjoy creating one for a friend and one for you.

Apply on wet face and staying away from the eyes,you may include the neck and chest area. Work in circular motions and exfoliate with the brown sugar and moisturize with the honey.

Leave on at least 15-20 minutes. Rinse well and follow-up with a rosewater skin freshener or your fav’ moisturizer.

*Obviously if you are allergic to the ingredients above, don’t use this recipe yourself.

Shelf life a couple of weeks or less. Recipe makes two treatments or more.

A sweet recipe for pretty skin. Your makeup will glide on like silk.
