Do you ever crave certain foods?

Of course you do!

Unfortunately most of  my other cravings are about crunchy chips of any kind,buttered popcorn,old-fashioned Circus peanut candy and salted pretzels. peanuts!

So today I am giving into my cravings and indulging in all things green!

Here is a simple but mighty powerful healthy recipe to enjoy.

  • Steam some greens like spinach,kale or collard greens.
  • Add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice over it.
  • Don’t throw out the water from the greens you steamed.
  • Drink and enjoy it like a cup of broth or soup.

Steaming veggies like this creates a mineral rich broth that is a great way to detox. Always think about your beauty from the inside. Nourish your body and give it what it needs.

Bye, Bye, Cellulite!

coffee-grindsWomen keep on asking me about a natural way to help the appearance of cellulite now that bathing suit season approaches…especially the ladies of sunny Florida.

First off you can’t just get rid of cellulite.BUT you can help with way it looks on your thighs and more. I have a bit of it too. So, I decided to share an easy recipe with the viewers on The Chat TV show in Florida.

Here is the D.I.Y. Recipe fix:

1 cup coffee grounds from a pot of coffee you made 1/2 cup organic brown sugar *You can use white sugar of you do not have brown sugar! 1 cup of coconut oil Mix all of the above together in a glass or plastic bowl. Take a quick shower and get wet.Standing or sitting at the edge of the tub if you have one and start to apply this java,oil and sugary blend.

*Be careful it may be a bit slippery in the tub.

Skin Benefits: The caffeine in coffee can help soften the appearance of cellulite. Sugar softens and exfoliates. Of course you know I am a big fan of coconut oil and it hydrates and nourishes your skin too. Rub away and feel better about the appearance of your cellulite with this sweet coffee and sugar treat….without spending a fortune from a store shelf jar.

Oh so November THANKFUL for lipstick!

They make my lips and me HAPPY! 

On any given day you can peek into my handbag and you will find up to eight lipsticks and glosses combined. Some for color some for conditioning. Whoever invented them years ago needs a big juicy  kiss~

Color me! Gloss me! Tint me! Soothe me! Nourish me! Paint me! Exfoliate me! Shine me!

I am so very thankful for LUSCIOUS  lipsticks,glosses and balms! 

They protect my pout, add color to my complexion, protect me from skin cancer of the lips! And wearing them make me more KISSABLE!

They make me go from plain to… just plain sexy
