What you will need is:
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of almond milk
2 cups of baby spinach
Place all of the above in a blender and puree until smooth. It will be lush and rich and thick.
Dreamy and creamy and energizing before or after your holiday shopping and rushing around!

Unfortunately most of my other cravings are about crunchy chips of any kind,buttered popcorn,old-fashioned Circus peanut candy and salted pretzels. peanuts!

- Add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice over it.
- Don’t throw out the water from the greens you steamed.
- Drink and enjoy it like a cup of broth or soup.
