From The Ritz-Carlton, The Peninsula Hotel Trump Hotels to the W Hotel and beyond. I love a great hotel that pays attention to details. Every little detail for your stay. So let me tell you more about my stay.

Luxe linens, baby soft washcloths and 4 plush pillows not 2 flat and mediocre ones. Best part they have extra blankets! Not common in hotels anymore!

A full length mirror is a MUST!

The hotel that gets ME has makeup wipes! Especially if we forget our facial cleansers at home.

A bath tub is a fabulous plus for my COLOR therapy baths and herbal muscle bath 🛀 soaks!

I enjoy looking at pretty art and photographic decor! Don’t you?

My husband and I love a room with a ☕️ coffee maker…

Oh and they have the cutest paper cups in the room with a mustache or a set of pretty 👄 lips! It breaks my heart when I have to throw them out! So stinkin’ cute!

And he loves to use the used caffeine infused coffee pods cooled and used as an eye 👁 compress for tired looking or puffy eyes! I’ve trained him well!

Breakfast area is filled to the brim with healthy and a bit of sweet choices. This signage made me smile 😃 as soon as I saw it! I didn’t need a reminder as I always wake up happy! Really! But it did make me smile and I hoped others got happy to start a brand new day when they come down from their rooms for breakfast! 🍳 🥛 🧇 ☕️ 🍌

The Hampton Inn lounge and breakfast area has a pretty atmosphere with a huge TV. The lobby is like sitting in your living room not the boring template we have seen for years.

Meeting rooms are perfect! 👌 The manager for events and rooms is a pleasure to work with!

So if you are looking for a location for your next meeting or event. A hotel stay passing thru in Jacksonville Fl . Think Hampton Inn a Hilton Hotel. My recent business stay was wonderful!

SMILE & SAY CHEESE!

On my trip to work in NYC last week I ate my way all around the city. From Chinatown to uptown to those awesome Sabrett hot dogs from the street vendors. But the BEST thing I ate the entire trip counting the upscale delicious restaurants was this FOOD TRUCK on my way to shop on Fifth Avenue.

Interestingly called the MILK TRUCK.But there wasn’t milk there was CHEESE. The grilled cheese sandwich is the best i had in my lifetime!

If you visit Manhattan any time soon or this summer. YOU owe to yourself to not miss out. I should have taken a photo of it on my iphone.BUT I smelled it,bit into it and never stopped until all that was left was the parchment like wrapper.

WISH I WERE THERE…right now for another grilled cheese sandwich.

No sunscreen makes me want to scream!

When you head out to enjoy the long 4th of July holiday weekend.

Don’t forget this…SUNSCREEN!

Whether on the beach,sunbathing,walking,playing golf,active in sports,bike riding,surfing,or on a boat. You need to be protected. And by the way just because you have a medium to dark complexion doesn’t mean you don’t need it.
ALL faces,bodies and skin types can get BURNED. Even BABIES need protection!!!

Now don’t get me wrong, you can spend time outdoors and escape for a beautiful walk on the beach. However,you’ve gotta protect your skin and your health! Don’t you?

I LOVVVVVE the way the sun kisses my face daily. I love spending time in the sun.But everything in healthy moderation and the right protection.I am a skin professional who simply wants to HELP you be sun smart.

My sister was diagnosed with Squamous cell skin cancer, my other sister was diagnosed with Melanoma and they don’t even spend time in the sun.They sunbathed just a little when they were teens.They never used a tanning bed and since they live so far from a beach they don’t spend any time at the beach or outdoors except to go in and out of their house door or car. Now,after their diagnosis they stay completely out of the sun and use sunscreen.

Skin cancer is on the rise.
It should be no surprise! MOST people are not skin smart these days.
Don’t be one of the not so pretty or fatal statistics.

I travel for my makeup assignments,guest speaking assignments,beauty and fun~ I also love to travel with my husband sometimes on his business travels. He loves to stay at Hampton and so do I. Yes, I do love the Ritz Carlton but Hampton Inn rocks my world too. If you’ve never stayed in one perhaps nows the time.

1.Clean hotels, outside, lobby and rooms. You can eat of the bathroom floor it is so clean.

2.COZY bedding,pillows not to stuffy and fluffy and not so flat you get a neck ache. Soft sheets~

3.Forgetting your toothbrush, shaver or toothpaste…not a problem. Go to the front desk …They’ve got you covered FREE~ Ladies listen up…They even have the most AMAZING makeup wipe towelettes!

4. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, apples, oranges for me 24 hours a day.

5.Always wake me up on time.

6.Newspaper daily in the lobby

7.Living room, TV and desk near lobby to enjoy if I need.

8. Office room available.

9.Exercise room available.

10.Mini refrigerator in most Hampton Inn rooms

12. Fresh baked cookies around 5:00 or 5:30 PM and its  FREE!

13.Mini coffee pot in room for late night chamomile tea or decaf coffee.

They really open you with open arms the way they treat you. Our absolute fav’ stays are at Viera, Florida and Gainesville, Florida! (And outside the magnificent grounds of Yellow Stone Park)
