Noreen’s Husband’s easy Fall Recipe for a Beard and mustache oil you can make at home!

2 ounces of Aura Cacia Sweet Almond Oil

6-8 drops of Aura Cacia Sweet Orange Essential oil

Place in a bowl and stir together.

Pour into a glass container.

Comb through hair and massage on the skin to hydrate the skin.

OPTIONAL:

If you want to make it more masculine a scent add vetiver essential oil for an earthy finish.

Chocolate SPA!

Yesterday I featured on TV a few of my fave recipes for a Girls Night In or something fun to do with him! I created these recipes from Whole Foods ingredients my fave’ store!

Valentine’s day shoppers kept me busy at my studio…so here are the recipes to glow on with chocolate!

Here are a few of the recipes to enjoy!

Yummy Chocolate Balm 1 small plastic or glass jar 2 soup spoons of Coconut oil organic Microwave the above. Fill a jar  and let it harden a bit and add the following… 4 White or Dark chocolate drops like you use to make cookies Close the lid and it is ready to give or enjoy.

Cocoa Face Mask 2 tablespoons of Greek plain yogurt 1 tablespoon of organic cocoa powder unsweetened 1 generous drizzle of Agave nectar or honey Stir them all together and you’ll have a creamy and dreamy face mask! Apply on the face with a fan brush or with your fingers. Pretend you are icing a cupcake. Leave on 10 to 15 minutes. It will firm up gently on the skin. Rinse with luke warm water and a washcloth. Enjoy the luxurious feel and scent of fresh cocoa powder filled with antioxidants and your face will FEEL awesome. Today I did my Morning Show WJXT-TV 4  Beauty and Lifestyle Segment and I covered nail care and trends. Wish you lived here!
