Happy Christmas eve!

Fill the room with Christmas LOVE and aromatherapy!

These are a few of my fragrant faves!

Holiday Diffuser Delight

Fill the diffuser like you normally do with water. For every oz. of water, add 3 drops of Peppermint essential oil. The room will smell amazing and clears your air and helps you breathe better too! Another simple delight is using Cinnamon essential oil.

Hand and body treat! Mix 4 oz. or more of unscented hand and body lotion with 2 drops of peppermint oil. Let it set a few hours. Stir well. Slather up. Enjoy this uplifting scent!

Fill a saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Toss in a few star anise or cloves and maybe a few cinnamon sticks depending on your desire. Turn down heat to simmer.Enjoy this stove top scent in your home.

Play with other essential oils and add a few candles to set the aromatic mood. It is so easy to create your own aromatic elixirs and smells divine too. Add a little creative fun to your day! Your home will smell amazing and your body will too!

Diane’s Lemon-Raspberry-Strawberry Crostini

1 Baguette, sliced into 1⁄4-inch thick rounds (approx. 32 slices)

Grapes & Olives On Tap Meyer Lemon Olive Oil

12 oz. Whipped Cream Cheese

Zest of 3 large or 5 small lemons

Juice of 1 small lemon

1 small pinch of Lemon Flake Sea Salt crushed

Fresh Raspberries

Grapes & Olives On Tap Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar

†Brush baguette slices with Meyer Lemon Olive Oil; place on baking sheets and bake at 350°F until crisp and lightly golden, about 20-25 minutes. †

Mix cream cheese with lemon zest, juice of lemon and flake salt until smooth. †Spread on toasted baguette slices, top each baguette with a fresh raspberry, drizzle with Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar and Serve.

PB & J Chia Pudding

2 servings

3 tablespoons Chia seeds
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons peanut powder
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Combine Chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, peanut powder and coconut milk in a jar or container with a lid. Shake or stir until fully mixed. Refrigerate overnight. Top with raspberries.

(I usually serve with a drizzle of honey and fresh raspberries, blackberries or strawberries. It’s delicious – and has 175 calories, 12g fiber and 9g protein per serving!)

Gift Ideas with a Florida Twist!

As a business owner…you never are off REALLY. Last week was a whirlwind getting my makeup studio retail ready for the holidays!

So, I am sorry I have been kinda M.I.A.

Since it is the time for gift giving I thought you might like this blog post.

I love to visit St. Augustine,Florida half an hour from my home I try to visit at least once a month. There is this beautiful church there called Our Lady Of La Leche. On these historic grounds I stop at this filled to the brim religious shop where they sell all things holy for your home and for gifts.

My family has had some health issues and I being Catholic wanted and NEEDED to pray for them. you can buy these amazing candles in this store and go to the mini historic chapel and pray to God, Mary his mother or a saint of your choice.
